Chicken breast skewed with scallion. Kushiyaki. Yakitori is grilled chicken skewers made from bite-sized pieces of meat from all different parts of the chicken, such as the breasts, thighs, skin, liver, and other innards. However, here at Shokudo Yakitori or kushiyaki are anything we skewered. We prepare to perfection and cooked over a lava rock grill.
