Tandoori Chicken Tikka

Boneless chicken breast. Served with mint chutney and tamarind chutney. Tandoori dishes are marinated overnight in a traditional North Indian style with yogurt, ginger, garlic paste, and spices. They are then charbroiled over charcoal over a charcoal fire in a clay oven.
