Mukai Shuzō 'Ine Mankai' (Saké) By one of Japan's only female master brewers. Made with an ancient red rice variety that is extremely rare to see used in sake production. Mosse 'Nostromo' Carignan 2017 Made in the wine region of Loire Valley, France. Full-bodied (but by no means heavy) and full-fruited Carignan from the masterful Anjou-based Agnès and René Mosse.
