Lemon Mushroom Pizza. *Vegetarian

Beurre blanc, mozzarella, roasted mushrooms, parsley, olive oil, lemon zest, and finished with Maldon salt flakes. *Vegetarian *We source St. Bibiana's pizza ingredients from top quality local Santa Barbara markets, and we buy organic whenever possible. Each pizza is hand formed and cooked in a brick oven. We use a sourdough starter, then spike it with fresh yeast to make a blended New York/Naples style crust, which results in a nicely crisp crust that holds it's shape and reheats really well the next day.
