Shaking beef/bo luc lac is a national favorite dish of the Vietnamese culture worldwide.
bœuf lôc lac/bo luc lac is a French-Viet entree that consists of Ribeye/Filet Mignon that has been cut into small bite-size, marinated with soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce, then sautéed in a wok with white & green onion. Prior to French colonization, Ribeye/Filet Mignon steak are considered a luxury ingredient in Vietnam.

What started out as street food which has grown into one of the most popular national food in Vietnam. By standard, Pho always served with basil, green onion, cilantro, lemon, jalapeno, bean sprouts w/ beef broth. *Add $4 for mixed vegetables - carrots, white onion, zucchini, broccoli & mushrooms.
