KHAO SOY - LAO

There is a lot of different khao soy dishes across Southeast Asia. The Laotian style is a noodle soup with thick strands of egg wheat noodles topped off with a garlicky tomato meat sauce gives this dish its wonderful flavor that could best be described as a Southeast Asian style spaghetti Bolognese soup.
