1. add 1 bundle noodles to 1 quart boiling water. return to a boil; cook about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. to serve cold: drain; rinse with cold water to cool. drain well. serve with dipping sauce; garnish with chopped green onions & tops and grated fresh ginger root, as desired. 3. to serve warm: drain well. serve with hot soup base, and garnish with chopped green onions & tops, as desired. makes about 2 servings.
