Mid Vietnam (Huế) beef and pork bone broth, slow cooked with lemongrass and chili pepper to create a spicy aromatic broth. Served with large vermicelli noodle, cilantro, onions,
cabbage and mint.

South Vietnam chicken broth, cooked with daikon, ginger and onions to release a light, slightly sweet and savory taste. Served with egg noodle, bok choy, bean sprout, lettuce,
cilantro, green onion and fried shallot.
