Torta Cubana

A different variation of a Mexican sandwich made with telera bread (a golden-brown bread with a mild touch of sourdough and sweetness) and a variety of different meats: chorizo, carnitas, hot dog sausages. Includes eggs, beans, mayonnaise, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, jalapeños, and fresh cheese. Add fries for an additional charge. Comes with handmade corn tortillas tofu or grilled vegetables can be a perfect substitute for any kind of meat. Tofu is seasoned to perfection with soy sauce, including fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers cooked with delicious aromatic condiments, salt, garlic cumin, and ground pepper.
