For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. conventional oven (preheat 375 degrees f): 1. leave film on tray, do not vent. 2. place tray on a baking sheet, center rack. cook 16 minutes. 3. uncover, continue cooking 2 minutes. 4. remove baking sheet from oven. let stand 5 minutes. 18 minutes. micro-bake (preheat oven 375 degrees f & 1100 w microwave): 1. leave film on tray, do not vent. 2. cook on high in microwave 60 minutes. 3. place tray on a baking sheet, center rack. cook 25 minutes. 4. remove baking sheet from oven. remove cover. let stand 5 minutes. 85 minutes. will be hot! ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees f. directions developed using 1100 watt microwave oven. ovens vary; cooking time may need adjusting. do not prepare in toaster oven. do not reheat tray. keep frozen. cook thoroughly.
