Microwave: Microwave Oven: (1000 watt) remove wrapper. Place on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a microwave-safe plate or lid. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 55 seconds per side. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need adjusting. Let sit for 1 minute. Enjoy. Cook thoroughly.
