Here’s a few words on his nomination: Friends, I have been at this for what seems like an immemorial time, after coming to the USA I found that Indian Cuisine was still in its infancy in barring cities like New York, Chicago, and LA. But over the years the Indian cuisine is becoming more popular and during the pandemic at least we saw more inclination by locals to try Indian food and venture into ordering non-traditional dishes.
