You can also add on a Celery juice at check out to be consumed each day on an empty stomach before you start your cleanse.
When deciding to start you cleanse please be mindful of the events or things that you have count on that could effect how successful you are on your juice cleanse. All cleanses have a 4 day lead time so we can juice your cleanse fresh for you but also so you can prepare your body. Please follow the following guidelines to prepare for cleanses of 3 or more days.
4 days before: Eliminate meats, dairy, sugar, alcohol & caffeine
3 days before: Eat salads, fruits & vegetables
2 days before: Fruits, steamed vegetables & light soups
1 day before : Only raw smoothies & lots of water.
When you finish your cleanse you would want to go back to day 1, then 2, 3, 4 etc.
