Directions
Directions: 1 or 2 gr. for each cup of water. add the herb to the boiling water, turn off the stove and let it rest for 3 minutes. filter it, add honey to your taste. never use aluminum pots to prepare tea since may destroy the herb's natural properties. use stainless steel or porcelain as often as possible.
