Perishable. keep frozen. keep under refrigeration. do not refreeze. heating instructions: defrost in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours. place two gallons of water in pot and bring to a boil. punch holes in top of bag and place in boiling water for 5 minutes. turn heat off and let crawfish set in seasoned water for approximately 10 minutes. use caution when opening bag due to heat. from frozen: repeat procedure as above with increase warming time accordingly. microwave: defrost in refrigerator. punch holes in back of bag to vent. place bag in microwave (hole side facing up) and heat on high for approximately 2 to 5 minutes depending on power of microwave or until it starts to steam. open bag (caution - hot steam). this product is also excellent served cold.
