Made with our original recipe, featuring pecorino Romano cheese and spices.
Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Romano Cheese (made from Pasteurized Sheep's Milk, Rennet, Bacterial Culture, Salt), Spices and Parsley.
Directions for use: Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 160 degrees F. Stove Top: Place sausage in skillet on MEDIUM heat. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, about 20 min, turning often to brown all sides. Grill: Preheat grill on MEDIUM-HIGH for 10 min. Sear sausage 5 min, turning to brown on all sides. Reduce heat to MEDIUM, close cover; cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, about 10 min, turning occasionally. Broil: Preheat oven to BROIL with rack placed one level above center. Place sausage on broiler pan or baking sheet. Broil about 6 minutes until browned; turn over and cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, 6-7 minutes. Storage recommendation: Keep refrigerated.
