BelGioioso Stracciatella, Burrata Filling
Classic Italian cheeses. BelGioioso Burrata Filling is made from fresh local milk picked up daily, has no preservatives, and is rBST free (No significant difference has been found in milk from cows treated with artificial hormones).
Ingredients: Pasteurized Milk and Cream, Vinegar, Enzymes, Salt.
Directions for use: Burrata Filling Serving Ideas: Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with bread. Layer thick slices of tomato with fresh basil and Burrata Filling and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with fresh grilled vegetables and cured meats for a tasty antipasto platter.
