No water added. Ever. We don't pump water into our uncured bacon. We rub our pork bellies with freshly ground spices, let the tasty dry rub soak in, and then slow smoke em with real cherrywood. The result? Psst. No water or added sugar in here! Taste-O-Meter: Kinda tasty. Sorta tasty. Ok, it's tasty. Very tasty. Crazytasty.
Ingredients: Pork Belly, Spices, Sea Salt, Celery Powder, Juniper Berries.
Directions for use: Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Crazy Tasty Cooking Instructions: 1. Place bacon strips in a cold cast iron skillet. 2. Cook thoroughly and slowly over a medium burner until browned and slightly crispy. 3. Approximately 4-5 minutes Per side turning once. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times. Storage recommendation: Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
