Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Romano Cheese (made from Pasteurized Sheep's Milk, Rennet, Bacterial Culture, Salt), Spices and Parsley.
Keep refrigerated. how to cook: cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. cook to 160 degrees. stove top: place sausage in skillet on medium heat. cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees f, about 20 min, turning often to brown all sides. grill: preheat grill on medium-high for 10 min. sear sausage 5 min, turning to brown on all sides. reduce heat to medium, close cover; cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees f, about 10 min, turning occasionally. broil: preheat oven to broil with rack placed one level above center. place sausage on broiler pan or baking sheet. broil about 6 minutes until browned; turn over and cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees f, 6-7 minutes.
