
Wegmans Organic Near Our Store White Sourdough Bread
This 48-hour naturally fermented sourdough is well-balanced, subtly sour and delivers tangy flavor from a mixture of local heritage grains. The grain varieties we use today were tested and perfected on a small scale at our Wegmans Organic Farm in Canandaigua, N.Y. We partner with local farmers from New York to Maryland to grow these old-world grains to help us make delicious sourdough. This versatile bread is perfect for sandwiches, toast, or enjoyed by the slice.
Ingredients: Ingredients: Organic Wheat Flour, Water, 2% or less of each: Sea Salt, Organic Honey, Organic Malted Barley, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Ascorbic Acid, Microbial Enzymes.
Refresh in oven for 4-6 minutes at 400 f.
