Our "ChoriPerro" comes with a Colombian Chorizo (pork), mozzarella cheese, crumbled potato chips, and three delicious home-made sauces: creamy cilantro aioli, pink sauce (our version of thousand island), and to bring all flavors together, a sweet and tangy pineapple sauce.
