Directions for use: Cooking Instruction from Frozen: Skillet: Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Place frozen fillets in a single layer into skillet and cook for 10-11 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155 degrees F before enjoying! Use car to not overcook. Keep frozen. Storage recommendation: Keep frozen.
