Non-chill filtered and proofed with their own mineral water from the legendary Rosendale mines of New York. Aromas of salty air, green grape, honeycomb and cream soda compliment a palate of salted caramel, fresh fig, and allspice. Peach compote, star anise and milk chocolate on the finish.
