Prep the griddle by coating it with a little vegetable oil. heat it over medium-high heat, or turn your electric griddle to 375 degrees f. mix your ingredients in a bowl until you get rid of any large lumps. your batter will be a little on the lumpy side. pour on a little less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto your hot griddle. cook 1 1/2 min on each side or until they're golden brown. enjoy! flap-jacking made easy with hungry jack syrup! pour in with an easy pour cap & microwaveable bottle. tips: for thicker pancakes, use less water, for thinner use a little more. for pancakes a bite above the rest, let your prepped mix stand for 3 min
