You will need, 1 package grill mates® marinade, 1 to 2 lbs. steak, pork, or salmon*., directions, place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. add marinade reserving 1 to 2 tbsp. for basting, if desired., refrigerate 30 minutes. remove meat from marinade. discard any remaining marinade., grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade., *do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.
