Moo Shu Pork is a traditional Chinese dish. It is made by stir-frying sliced pork, eggs, wood ear mushrooms, and other ingredients. The scrambled eggs, yellow and fragmented, resemble the shape of wood ear mushrooms, which is why the dish is called "Moo Shu."
