- Fresh Frozen Kielbasa Ring (Raw & Frozen)$17.00This one pound ring of kielbasa is raw and must be cooked prior to eating. You can use your preferred cooking method and heat to an internal temperature of 160°F as registered with a meat thermometer. To poach, add kielbasa to a pot of water and simmer over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
